Audio previews

When you request a voice preview, your message and selected language are sent to ElevenLabs through our Cloudflare service. We temporarily store the generated audio and preview details to let you hear it and place an order. Please do not enter patient or other sensitive personal information. If you purchase a sign, its message and audio become publicly available at its numbered POI.fm URL.

Orders and payments

Before checkout, we collect your organisation, sign title and email address. We link these details and your preview to an internal order number and a Stripe Checkout Session. Stripe processes the payment; we verify its payment status before publishing your sign. We retain the order mapping to operate and support the purchased sign.

Website analytics

We use Matomo on POI.fm to understand visits and interactions, including demo plays, previews, checkout starts and completed signs. Matomo receives information about your browser and visit when the page loads. Your browser settings may limit tracking.

Hosting and your choices

The website and order service run on Sites and Cloudflare. Published audio is stored and served through our GitHub-backed POI.fm deployment. To ask about your data or request access, correction or deletion, email contact@audiopedia.org. A published sign may need to remain available to honour an active purchase.
